Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For filling -
  2. 100 grams palak /spinach leaves washed and chopped
  3. 1 cup cottage cheese crushed
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 1 table spoon oil
  6. 1 table spoon ginger grated
  7. 2 green chillies chopped
  8. 1/4 tea spoon asafoetida
  9. 1 /2 teaspoon carom seeds
  10. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. 1 tea spoon salt
  12. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  14. 1/2 teaspoon kitchen king masala powder
  15. For the Dough -
  16. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  17. 1 cup or little more water fir kneading the dough
  18. 1 /2cup oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan
  2. Crackle asafoetida cumin and carom seeds
  3. Then add spinach sautey till all water dries up
  4. Add cheese and mix
  5. Add ginger and chillies too
  6. Then add onions and sautey with all the ingredients till mix nicely
  7. Then add all the dried masala along with salt
  8. Cook till all the water dries up
  9. Now knead the soft dough with water
  10. Now take a slightly big dough of wheat flour
  11. Make a thick chapati like parantha spread oil over it
  12. Then cut it in to half
  13. Place the filling over one side cover it with other half .
  14. Sprinkle dry flour roll and spread the parantha little
  15. Then put it on hot rawa cook and shallow fry it from both sides using suficient oil
  16. Serve hot
