Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soya soaked overnight 1 cup
  2. Daliya( cracked wheat) 1 cup
  3. Onion chopped 2
  4. Coconut grated 2 tbsp
  5. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  6. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  7. coriander powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masaala 1 tsp
  9. chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Bay leaves ( dried ) 2
  11. Curry patta. Few.
  12. Cinnamon stick ,Badi ilaichi , cloves for seasoning
  13. Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
  14. fresh cream 1 tsp
  15. Oil for seasoning 2 tsp
  16. Salt to taste.
  17. For vege soup.
  18. Spinach leaves 10 to 12
  19. Beat root 1
  20. Bottle gourd 150 grms
  21. Cauliflower 1/2 cup
  22. Green gram 2 tsp
  23. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. For soup.
  2. Wash all veges. Chop and pressure cook.
  3. Cool and blend together.
  4. Boil and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pressure cook Soya with adding salt. Keep aside.
  6. Dry roast Daliya and pressure cook to 2 whistles by adding required salt.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Add all Khada masaala ( cloves, cinnamon stick, curry patta etc. )
  8. Add chopped Onions. Saute and add Bay leaves.
  9. Add all masala and saute. Add Coconut powder too. Add Soya .
  10. Now add Daliya and mix well.
  11. Cover and cook together for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves and fresh cream .
  12. Serve hot with vegetable soup and Cucumber raita.
