Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bowlful daliya,
  2. Bowl of mix veggies (carrot, beans, cabbage) finely chopped,
  3. 1 onion chopped,
  4. 2 spring Onion's with syem finely chopped,
  5. 1 bowl hung curd,
  6. Salt,
  7. 1 tsp cumin,
  8. 1 cucumber finely chopped,
  9. 2 green chilies chopped,
  10. 2 tomatoes finely chopped,
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan add zeera when it's crackled, add Onions.
  2. When Onion's changes it's color add green chilies, half tomato , all the veggies and saute it.
  3. Lower the flame. Cover and cook.
  4. Pour the curd in a muslin cloth, hang it for 1 hour.
  5. Now take the curd in a bowl, add tomatoes, cucumber, onions, spring onion stem, salt and mix well.
  6. Now the daliya is cooked, water is evaporated ,assemble daliya with hung curd
