In a pressure cooker, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, when they crackle add chopped onion. Saute and add spices, salt.
Add capsicum, cauliflower ,potatoes, peas ,carrots and green chillies.
Then add daliya, a cup and water in it. [proportion is for a cup of daliya 2+1/2 cup of water] .It takes about 2 whistles to cook and lower the the gas for 2 minutes, serve it and garnish with coriander leaves.
