Wash the bathua and drain the excess water. Pat the leaves dry.
Heat a pan and add the bathua leaves, leave it for 4-5 minutes, so as to cook and dry to remove the excess water. let it get cooled a bit and then blend it a blender.
Take the wheat flour in a mixing bow, add salt, red chilly powder and the bathua paste that we had cooked earlier.
Knead this into a semi soft dough using water as required.
Roll the dough into rotis and shallow fry them in a pan like normal parathas.
Smear 1 tsp of ghee and fry.
This can be served with some dry potato curry.
