Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup bathua leaves
  2. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  3. SaLt as per test
  4. 1)2 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp Ginger garlic pest ( optinal)
  6. Require water
  7. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and add bathua leaves in hot water and let it boil
  2. Now drain water and make fine pest of leaves by grind
  3. In wheat flour add bathua pest, salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic pest and kneed it soft with require water
  4. Now make a ball from dough, roll it apply some oil and fold it , again roll it and make a patantha
  5. Now Rost this pantha in a pan by using oil .
  6. Serve hot with souce or pickle
