Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati or jeera rice 1 cup
  2. Water 2 cups
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Frozen peas 1/4 cup
  5. Beans 2
  6. Onion 1 big
  7. Green chillies 2
  8. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  9. Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Garam masala 3 pinches
  11. Whole garam masala like cardamom 4,clove 4,cinnamon 1 stick
  12. Turmeric
  13. Salt
  14. oil 2 tbsp
  15. Ghee 1tsp
  16. Coriander leaves & mint leaves 1/2 cup.

Instructions

  1. 1)Soak rice for 1/ 2 an hour. 2.)Chop all veg, onion& chillies.
  2. 3)Take a micro proof bowl,put oil ,whole spices & garlic paste.micro for 1 min. Remove. 4) Then add all the other ingredients along with 2 cups of water. Stir well. 5)Put in microwave & cook on High ,for 20 min. 6)Leave it there for 5 more min. Then take out.
  3. 7)add 1 tsp of ghee & stir well. 8)Serve hot.
