Aloo kachori is quite common but mutter kachori is a bit different and very yummy and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutter-200 gm
  2. Onion-1
  3. Fresh coriander-1/4 cup
  4. Rock Salt-As per taste
  5. Pepper-2 tspn
  6. Degi mirch 1 tsp
  7. Channa Masala 2 tbsp
  8. Imly chuttney sweet-4 tbsn.
  9. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  10. Maida-200 gm
  11. Ajwayen-2 tspn
  12. Oil- for deep frying

Instructions

  1. First of all soak mutter in water overnight.
  2. Boil the mutter and keep aside.
  3. Add salt, pepper, channa masala, imly chutney, lemon and keep aside.
  4. For presentation put onion rings,and fresh coriander.
  5. For kachori take maida, salt, ajwayen, oil and knead.
  6. Keep aside for half and hour.
  7. Now take little balls of the dough, press them flat and roll out.
  8. Then deep fry kachori one by one and put mutter mix on it.
  9. Yummy mutter kachori is ready.
