This is perfect combination of butter and panner..i made white sause by cheese and mutter rice is very healthy

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Butter 100gms
  2. Panner 200 gms
  3. Chili powder 1 small tsp
  4. Salt 1/2tsp
  5. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  6. Curd 1 tsp
  7. Lemon 2 pieces
  8. Daniya powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil 1 tsp
  11. Pinch Turmeric powder
  12. For sause...
  13. Butter 1 cube
  14. Purpose flour 1tsp
  15. Milk 1 cup
  16. Cheese 20 gms
  17. salt 1/4 tsp
  18. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  19. Seasoning for mixed herbs 1/4 tsp
  20. For butter mutter rice;;
  21. Bosmathi rice 1 bowl (soaked)
  22. Butter 3 cubes
  23. Bey leaf 1
  24. Hole garam masalas
  25. Chopped onion 1 cup
  26. Chili slices 3
  27. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  28. Fresh mutter 1 cup
  29. Potatoes diced 1 cup
  30. Tomato pieces 1/4 cup
  31. Panner pieces half cup
  32. Pholmakhani 1/2 cup
  33. Salt 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a plate before cooking startup all ingrediente
  2. Take a plate put curd for panner marinate cut two slices
  3. Chopped garlic cloves,and remaing all ingrediente all together add lemon juice mix well
  4. Keep panner should marinate 20 min panner it binds to garlic masala flavour
  5. Heat grille grease butter place marinated panner slices
  6. Both sides it should get gold colour it forms nice texture gets nice aroma
  7. Heat the cooker pan put butter 4 cubes
  8. Add hole garam masala on to butter once its splits then add chili slices ,onions
  9. Then add fresh mutter
  10. Then add potato,t tomato
  11. Once veggies get soften then add panner cubes 100 gms
  12. Then add water like 1:2 add salt once water boiled it starts bubbling add soaked bosmathi rice
  13. Then finally add pholmakhani
  14. Mix well close lid wait for 3 vessels...then butter mutter pholmakhani pilavadam is ready
  15. For white sause...heat fri pan put 2 butter cubes once it melt:
  16. Put purposes flour keep fri well then pour milk
  17. Mix well as with lumps ..then add grated Parmesan cheese on to sause
  18. Add pepper,salt,mixed herbs keep statue it forms nice creamy texture.. flavoured
  19. Sause is ready take a bowl serve it sause
  20. Take a serving plate put rice,grilled panner and sause garnish with spring onion,lemon baby tomato pieces..ready to serve
