ABOUT Mutter Ki Kachori RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green peas 2 cups raw
  2. Green chillies according to taste.
  3. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. hing pinch
  7. jeera 1/2 tsp
  8. oil
  9. green coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste.
  11. Wheat flour 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Grind the green peas along with green chillies
  2. Make a dough of a tsp of oil and salt . Knead firm dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. In a pan add a tsp oil, add the ground green peas paste, amchur powder, garam masala and salt. Add red chilli powder according to taste.
  4. Divide the dough into equal small portions. Also the same portions of the green peas.
  5. Stuff and make small Puri size Kachoris. Deep fry them crisp and golden brown.
