Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Flour - 500 g
  2. Oil for moan
  3. Milk to knead
  4. Water
  5. For filling - Mawa 400 g
  6. 2 cups Semolina (about 100 g )
  7. 2 tbsp Ghee
  8. 2 cups Sugar (about 400gms)
  9. Cashew nuts - 100 grams (chopped)
  10. Raisins - 50 g
  11. Green cardamoms 7-8
  12. Ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take all the ingredients for the dough. Knead a stiff dough. Cover with a damp cloth.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for filling
  3. Now roll out dough into small circles. Add filling. Put water in the edges. Seal the edges by bringing them together. Prepare all the gujiyas in this way.
  4. Heat ghee in a kadai. Fry 5 -6 gujiyas at a time .
  5. Gujiyas are ready. Cool and store
