ABOUT Sabudana Kichadi RECIPE

Sabudana kichadi, is a very tasty dish which is very popular in M.P, U.P, Gujrat and Rajasthan.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup sabudana
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 3-4 Green Chilies
  4. 1/4 cup roasted and crushed peanuts
  5. Salt
  6. Sugar
  7. Lemon
  8. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  9. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  10. Oil to fry
  11. Coriander leaves for garnish
  12. 1/2 tsp jeera

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak sabudana for 2 hours. Cut chilies.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera then Green chilies and fry.
  3. Add cubed potatoes. Add red chili powder coriander powder and mix well add sabudana. Add salt and mix well. After 2-3 minutes add crushed peanuts and sugar. Mix well
  4. Garnish with lemon and coriander leaves. Your sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
