Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mix vegetables: Grated cabbage Grated carrot 3-4 tbsp each
  2. Chopped and blanched french beans 2-3 tbsp
  3. Grated potato 1 cup Boiled
  4. moong soaked dal 2 tsps
  5. spinach chopped 1/4cup
  6. Grated cauliflower 2-3 Tbsp
  7. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  9. 1tsp corn flour
  10. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  11. oil as required
  12. To garnish-paneer cut into star shapes
  13. cranberries or cherry
  14. To serve with mixed fruit sauces salad
  15. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take all vegetables and mash them with salt,chilli powder,moong dal & mustard powder.
  2. Add ginger-green chili paste ,Bread crumbs and corn flour. Mix well and make patties.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil till done or crispy. Remove on absorbent paper.
  4. Garnish with cheese (paneer cut into star shape),cranberries or any berry available.
  5. Serve with salad and sauce.
