Make batter like dhokla
Cover it for 5 hours
Let it ferment
Now add salt to taste in batter and mix well
Boil water in steamer
Pore the batter in greasing plate
Let steam for 10_12 min.
Then add oil in tadka pan
Add mustard seeds,sessme seeds
Add asafetida
Add kadi leaves
Then pore it on dhokla
Then cut it
Sprinkle chopped coriander
And serve it
