Ingredients Serving: 30

  1. Raw Mango- 2- kg
  2. Gumberry/Gunda- 2- kg
  3. Fenugreek seeds- 500- gms
  4. Black Cumin/Kalonjee- 100- gms
  5. Red chillie powder- 9 - tbs
  6. Salt- 9- tbs
  7. Turmeric- 6- tbs
  8. Oil- 3- kg

Instructions

  1. Cut raw mangoes in halves and moon shape pieces.
  2. Add Fenugreek seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix them well and keep the mixture aside till the time fenugreek seeds starts softening.
  3. After a day fenugreek seeds and raw mango start to become soft.
  4. Warm oil and add black cumin to it and allow oil to cool down. Add this oil to mislxture when it cools down and cover entire mixture.
  5. Boil gum berries till they swam up to the surface and softens enough. Dry them on a sheet or tissues and let them cool down under a fan.
  6. Then add the gumberries to resr of the pickle mixture. Let all the ingredients soak oil for a day. The acchar is ready to serve with main course. Enjoy 😊😊😊
