Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 kg raw mango
  2. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 4 table spoon red chili powder
  5. 2 tea spoon fenugreek seed
  6. 1 tea spoon yellow sarson
  7. 2 tea spoon hing
  8. Coarsely grinded saunf
  9. 250ml mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Cut raw mango into small pieces
  2. Mix 1 table spoon turmeric powder, 1 table spoon salt and keep in bowl and cover it and let it be for 12 hours
  3. Drain the water from it and keep in sunlight or under fan so that it's moisture is evaporated
  4. Take mustard oil and heat it till the smoke comes and then let it cool
  5. Roast for 1 minute fenugreek seed, fennel seeds (saunf) and grind it coarsely
  6. Grind coarsely yellow sarson
  7. Take bowl put dried mangoes, all masala, hing and pour the oil on it and mix well
  8. Put in the jar
  9. Raw mango pickle is ready to eat after two days so that oil and masala becomes homogeneously
