Wash dry and cut the mangoes into small pieces and keep it under the sunlight for 1to 2 hours
Grind coriander seeds ,fenel seeds, kalonji and fengrueek seeds and make powder and place it into a big vessel
Add salt ,red chilly powder, turmeric powder and kashniri red chilly
Add oil and mix well
Add raw mango pieces and mix well
Mix it well
