ABOUT Raw Mango Pickle RECIPE

A spicy and tangy mango pickle, with the taste of southern spices.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw Mango 1kg
  2. Chill powder 150gms
  3. Hing powder 1tbsp
  4. turmeric (haldi) powder 1tsp
  5. oil (as per personal requirement)
  6. Mustard seeds 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the raw Mango into small cubes with the skin.
  2. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, hing and salt together mix well. and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and methi seeds, once it splutters put of the flame and allow it to cool.
  4. Once cool enough, add to the Mango. Store it in a container. it Can be and served with roti, Paratha, rice anything. It tastes yummy.
