ABOUT Oil-free Instant Gud Keri Achar RECIPE

This is an instant and healthy version of raw mango pickle as I'm not using even a single drop of oil here and it's only made with jaggery, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder. It's very easy to make and to use in everyday meal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 - Big raw mango (preferably tota keri), finely chopped
  2. 1/2 Cup - Jaggery
  3. 1 tbsp - Salt
  4. 1 tbsp - Red chilli powder
  5. 2 tbsp - Coriander powder

Instructions

  1. In a big mixing bowl, add chopped raw mangoes, salt and jagerry, mix it well and rest for half an hour or until mangoes release juices. Add red chilli powder and coriander powder, mix it well
  2. Serve it as it is or put it into refrigerator in an air tight container for 8-10 days.
