Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. 3 tsp bajra flour
  3. 1 cup Fenugreek leaves chopped
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  5. 1 tsp curd
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 cup Lauki greated

Instructions

  1. Take methi leaves chopped .Then add greated lauki .
  2. Mix all above ingredients and knead the dough.with water.
  3. After that make that paste in toowel shape.
  4. That is muthuya then boil that muthuya 20 minutes in steamer.
  5. Serve hot.
