ABOUT Oil free Pakoda RECIPE

This is my latest experiment, pakodas without frying.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Potato - 1
  2. Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
  3. Red chili powder - as per taste
  4. Ajwain - half tsp
  5. Salt - as per taste
  6. Water - for making batter
  7. Oil - for greasing

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, ajwain, red chili powder, salt and sufficient water to make batter.
  2. Wash and peel the potato. Now cut the potato with the help of chips cutter.
  3. Take a non stick pan, grease it with 5-6 drops of oil, heat pan on medium flame.
  4. Dip potatoes pieces in batter and cook from both side in a non stick pan.
  5. In a few minutes, it will get cooked, serve hot oil free pakoda with tomato sauce.
