This is my latest experiment, pakodas without frying.
Take a bowl, add gram flour, ajwain, red chili powder, salt and sufficient water to make batter.
Wash and peel the potato. Now cut the potato with the help of chips cutter.
Take a non stick pan, grease it with 5-6 drops of oil, heat pan on medium flame.
Dip potatoes pieces in batter and cook from both side in a non stick pan.
In a few minutes, it will get cooked, serve hot oil free pakoda with tomato sauce.
