Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 250gm maida
  2. Water or milk
  3. 2 table spoon ghee or oil
  4. For filling
  5. 250gm green peas
  6. 1 small katori coconut chura
  7. 1 table spoon chiraunji
  8. 20-25 pieces of chopped almonds, kaju
  9. 1 table spoon kishmish, pista
  10. 250gm gur
  11. Dalchini, elaichi, jaiphal powder

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough like Puri or bit tight to make it crispy
  2. If peas are fresh grind in mixer and if it's frozen give little Josh and den grind it
  3. Take pan put ghee put peas mixture and Gur and mix well
  4. Let it cool
  5. Mix all the other ingredients and roasted coconut chura and mix well
  6. Take small portion of maida and make thin small round like chapati
  7. Put the filling in it apply water on the side stick it and fold it
  8. Fry the gujiyas on medium hot
  9. Gujiya ready
