Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. Oil 1/4 cup
  3. Bay leaf 2
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tspn
  5. Termeric powder 1 tspn
  6. Coriender powder 2 tspn
  7. Red chill powder 1 tspn
  8. Shahi paneer masala1 tspn
  9. Kitchen king masala1 tspn
  10. Ginger garlic paste 2 tspn
  11. Butter 2 tspn
  12. Green peas 2 cup
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Coriender leafs 1/2 bunch
  15. Two tomato roughly chopped
  16. 1 onion roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 1 tspn butter green chilli tomato n onion n cook it for 5 min
  2. When this mixture cooked let it cool
  3. Grind it in mixture grinder
  4. Heat another pan
  5. Put oil let it heat then put ginger garlic paste n grinded mixture cook properly
  6. When mixture got golden brown n separate oil add mentioned spices
  7. Cook for another 4 to 5 min stir in between
  8. Now ad required water n green peas
  9. Ad salt and cook gravy until get disire thinknes
  10. Now add paneer cubes
  11. Let it cook with paneer for 5 mins
  12. At last add some cream n garnish with coriender leaves
