Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. To make paste
  2. Methi leaves 100 gms
  3. Ginger 1/2" piece
  4. Garlic cloves 4-5
  5. Green chillies 1-2
  6. Curd 1 tbsp
  7. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  8. To make dough
  9. Green paste(above prepared)
  10. Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
  11. Turmeric 1tsp
  12. Carom seeds 1tsp
  13. Sesame seeds 2 tsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Bajra flour 1/4 th cup
  16. Dhokla flour 2tbsp
  17. Achar masala 1tsp
  18. Oil for frying
  19. Water as required
  20. Masala curd for serving

Instructions

  1. To make paste
  2. In mixture take methi leaves,ginger,garlic,green chillies,curd,lemon juice and make smooth paste.
  3. To make dough
  4. In a mixing bowl take green paste, asafoetida,salt,turmeric,carom seeds,sesame seeds, bajra flour,dhokla flour,achar masala and water if required.
  5. Mix it well and make smooth and soft dough.
  6. Make small size balls n give round shape by hands.
  7. Deep fry it. Serve with masala curd.
