Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lauki - 250 gm
  2. Curd - 300 gms
  3. Cumin powder - 1/2 tspn
  4. Chilli powder - 1 /2 tspn
  5. Mustard seeds - 1 1/2 tspn
  6. Grated ginger - 1 tspn
  7. Green chilli - 3
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Salt
  10. Ajwain - 1 tspn
  11. Mustard oil - 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. Grate the lauki and steam it.
  2. Allow it to cool down.
  3. Grind mustard seeds in a grinder.
  4. Take grinded mustard, green chillies, grated ginger, chilli powder, cumin powder in a bowl.
  5. Add in curd, mustard oil and salt.
  6. Add ajwain and mix properly.
  7. Transfer the steamed lauki and coriander leaves into this curd mixture. Mix well.
