ABOUT Lauki raita RECIPE

Full of curd, some coriander and green chillies etc.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bowl grated steamed bottle gourd (lauki)
  2. 1 1/2 bowls curd
  3. Cashews and Raisins
  4. Salt
  5. jeera powder
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
  7. Finely chopped green chillies
  8. finely chopped coriander

Instructions

  1. Grate bottle guard.
  2. Steam it.
  3. Cool the lauki. Then add salt, curd, dry fruits and mix well.
  4. Spread chopped coriander, green chillies and jeera powder.
