Lauki/ghia/bottlegourd very healthy veggie known for help to many ailments ,in a raita is best relished by all agegroups .Cooling in delhi heat for sure.Cool creamy curds,ghia grated fine and boiled ,corriander to add flavour to your Raita.Just awesome for a summer lmeal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams lauki/bottle gourd
  2. 500 grams creamy curd
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tspn cumin
  5. 1 tspn pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli
  7. Corriander

Instructions

  1. Peel wash and grate bottle gourd
  2. Keep curds salt pepper handy
  3. Beat up curds well
  4. Now add the boiled bottle gourd or lauki to this curd
  5. Mix well adding corriander
  6. Mix well put in serving bowl and garnish with red chilli and zeera powder eyes
  7. Cool in fridge and serve
