Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg lauki [bottle gourd]
  2. 2 cup curd
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1 spoon ginger -garlic grated
  5. 2 -3 green chilli chopped
  6. 1 spoon mustered powder.

Instructions

  1. Peel the lauki and chopped.
  2. In pressure cooker put chopped bottle guard and 1 cup water, take 1 whistle.
  3. Let it be cool.
  4. In a big bowl put boiled bottle guard, salt, ginger -garlic, musterd paste and green chilli.
  5. Now add whisk curd and mix well.
  6. Serve with roti ya dal rice.
