ABOUT Paneer bharwa moong dal chilla RECIPE

Hello. Pander bharwa moong Dallas chills is a protein packed recipe. A very good recipe for vegetarians who aim to lose weight. Since in vegetarian recipes there are a very few sources of protein I have clubbed pander and green moving which are both very high sources of protein. Enjoy it with Hari or green chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 tsp oil.
  2. 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots, capsicum and baby corn
  3. 3/4 th cup grated paneer
  4. 1 cup green moving 1 tsp rice
  5. 1 tap finely chopped ginger, green chilli, curry leaves
  6. water required to grind
  7. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. 1.Soak green moong and rice in water for minimum of 4 hours. 2.After 4 hours add soaked Dal and rice in a mixer along with green chili, ginger, curry leaves, Salt and water. Grind it in batches. Do not add too much of water.
  2. For stuffing heat oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute them for a minute. Now once they cool down add grated paneer, Salt and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
  3. On a hot tawa pour some batter and spread out like a dosa. Apply some oil.. Place stuffing on dosa. Close and cook for 3 minutes. Fold it and cut it half. Paneer bharwa moong chilla is ready.
