  13. 2 tbsp grated processed cheese for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine together moong dal batter , ginger green chillies paste , heeng and salt , mix well
  2. In another bowl combine palak paneer sabji , boiled and mashed potatoes , kitchen king masala , amchur powder and salt
  3. Mix them nicely with your hands , mashing the paneer pieces also , so that it comes together nicely ,
  4. Heat a pan , first on high flame , then make the flame low , and grease it with little oil
  5. Now with a laddle spread the moong dal batter in the hot pan , in circular motion , it should be medium thin
  6. When it cooks a little then flip it over to another side
  7. Cook a little from the other side also , again flip it over to the first side
  8. Now place the stuffing on the chilla , filling half portion , like a semi circle
  9. Fold the chilla from the other side , thus making a semi circle
  10. Apply little oil on the chilla and cook on low heat
  11. When done from the bottom then flip it over and apply little oil on this side also
  12. Cook on low heat , until becomes light brown and crispy from both the sides
  13. Press a little while cooking it so that the stuffing and chilla sticks together nicely
  14. In this way make all the quesadillas
  15. When done take it out in a plate and cut into two pieces
  16. Arrange them in a serving plate and garnish with some grated processed cheese
  17. You can cut them into four pieces also , it will be convenient while eating
  18. Instead of moong dal batter you can use besan batter , sooji batter or any other batter of your choice
  19. As I already got the moong dal batter so have used it
