Chop all the vegetables and keep it aside
Heat oil /ghee in a pan and fry cinnamon,cardamom and cloves. Add ginger & garlic paste and Saute till raw smell comes out. Add onions till light brown and fry tomato for 3 mins .
Add vegetables,little turmeric powder salt and add water 5 glasses.
Boil vegetables for 5mins and while adding rava slowly stir it continuously or else rava will become like balls .
once it is done add mint leaves for garnishing.
Suitable dish for festivals and this goes well with chutney and sambar
