Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated mooli - 1 cup
  2. Rice flour - 1 cup
  3. Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  4. Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
  5. Finely chopped green chilly - 1
  6. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and grate the mooli.
  2. Take a pan with two cup of water and salt and cook for few mins until mooli get soft.
  3. Add rice flour,salt,cumin seeds,carom seeds,green chilly and coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Make a soft dough.
  5. Divide the dough into big balls and roll out.
  6. Cut round shape with cookies cutter.
  7. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  8. Add the kachoris,lower the heat and fry till light brown.
  9. Drain in paper napkin.
  10. Serve hot.
