Sabudane ki Tikki is a very tasty snack. It is cooked in fast. Specially in Navratri, Shivratri and Janmashtmi. You can make it any time. It 's taste really delicious. So lets start.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 100 Gram Sabudana / Sago
  2. 6 Medium Sized Boiled Potato
  3. 6 Green Chillis
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  5. 1/4 Teaspoon BlackPepper Powder
  6. 1/2 Spoon Sendha Namak

Instructions

  1. Soak sago for 3-4 hours. After 4 hours transfer it into a strainer so that extra water can be drooped.
  2. Mash boiled potatos finely and chopped green chilli finely. Mix all the ingredients in potato.
  3. Now mix sago in potato lightly. Don't mash powerfully.
  4. Take a tawa and add some oil and heat up.
  5. While we will make some tikki from the mixture.
  6. Put the tikki on tawa in oil. Flane should me medium low.
  7. After few minutes tikki will be golden. Flip the tikki.
  8. When tikki turns golden brown from another side put them on sides of tawa, so that extra oil can be strained and tikki will be more crispy.
  9. After 1-2 minutes server crispy hot tikki with coriander chutney.
