Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. one cup sabudane/sago
  2. one fourfth cup roasted peanuts
  3. a small sprig of karripatta
  4. Green chilli one
  5. two red whole chillies
  6. cumin seeds half teaspoon
  7. two tablespoons oil
  8. potato one
  9. green coriander two tablespoons for garnish
  10. one teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. boil potato cool it and then peel n dice it go
  2. Presoak sabudane for two and half an hour
  3. crush the roasted peanuts
  4. heat oil in a pan add cuminseeds green chilli and karripatta leaves
  5. fry for half a minute then add red whole chillies
  6. add diced potatoes and peanuts fry for a minute
  7. now add salt and sago
  8. add lime juice and mix well
  9. cover with lid and cook for two minutes or till sago is translucent
  10. mix again
  11. garnish with green coriander and serve hot
