Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2cup sago
  2. 2cup water
  3. 1cup curd
  4. 1/2 cup roasted crushed groundnut
  5. 2 boiled diced potatoes
  6. Sea Salt
  7. 2 table spoon oil
  8. 5-7 curry leaves
  9. 2tsp cumin
  10. 3-4 green chillies
  11. 2tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1.wash sago(sabudana) and soak it for 4-5 hours. 2.Roast the groundnuts in pan without oil,lets it cool down remove its skin and crush it. 3.Heat the pan add oil cumin seeds curryleaf and chillies let then crackke now add diced potatoes in it now toss it add the soaked sago and crushed groundnuts in it and mix it well cook this for 5-7 minutes. 4.now in a bowl mix water curd and salt as per taste. 5. Now add this mixture in pan and mix it well and keep the flame low cover the lid and after 2 minutes mix it again cook this for next 5-6 minutes untill it become thick. 6.switch off the flame and add lemon juice in it mix it well and serve it.
