Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Sabudana-1 cup
  2. Raw banana-250 gm
  3. Peanut-1/2 cup
  4. Green Chilli-4
  5. Ginger Garlic paste-2 tsp
  6. Fresh green coriander leaves-1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  9. chat masala-1 tsp
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana in water for 3 hours
  2. Add ginger garlic paste in potato mix
  3. Adf chopped green chilli and chopped coriander leaves
  4. Adf crushed peanut,and red chilli powder chaat masala cumin seeds powder Ajwain and salt
  5. Remove excess water from sabudana and mix in mashed potatoes
  6. Mix all ingredients well and make tikki shape
  7. Heat oil in a pan
  8. Fry all tikkies till golden brown
  9. Remove on tissue paper
  10. Serve with chutney or sauce
