ABOUT Mini Rosties from Leftover Roti and Rice. RECIPE

I have used Left over roti by dry grinding it . Than I added Left over rice to it. I have added boiled Sweet potatoes and Leak in it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Roties 4
  2. Left over Rice 1 bowl.
  3. Boiled Corn 1/2 cup
  4. Purple Sweet Potatoez 4
  5. Leek chopped 1 bowl.
  6. Rice flour 2 Tbsp
  7. Garliccloves Chopped 6 to 8
  8. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper 1/2 to 1 tsp.
  11. Cannola oil for oan frying.

Instructions

  1. Dry grind Roties
  2. Steam rice and mash.
  3. Steam Sweet potatoes and grate .( Not very fine)
  4. Now mix Roties and Rice in a bowl. Add boiled Corn.
  5. Add Washed Leek.and grated Sweet Potato.
  6. Add Garlic, Ginger ,Salt and Pepper.
  7. Add rice flour and water required for making thick batter.
  8. Now heat a pan or griddle and Spread Your Rosti over it using your fingertips.
  9. If you want to spread thinner , you can add some water.
  10. Turn carefully as one side gets cooked.
  11. Serve with Sour creme. Or for healthier option with curd.
