Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Leftover Roti dough
  2. Boiled Potato - 2
  3. Green chilies - 1
  4. Coriander Leaves - Few
  5. Chilli pwd , Cumin pwd , Chaat Masala - 1tsp each
  6. Salt - 1tsp
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1. If the leftover dough is sticky knead it with little atta/wheat flour.
  2. 2. Make simple Aloo/Potato stuffing. Boil & peel potatoes , smash it with finely chopped green chilies , coriander leaves & spice powder.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into gooseberry sized and make samosa.
  4. 4. Deep fry in oil & serve hot.
