Then add rice paste to the boiled milk and mix well by preventing sticking to the bottom
Meanwhile add a tbsp of ghee and saute Almonds and cashews
Optional step: Add unsweetened khoya to the milk mixture if you want the phirni to be thick and creamy
Add 2 drops of rose water
Mix well till the phirni reaches thick and creamy consistency
Finally add the nuts and turn off the flame
