Cheese Garlic Rice (From Leftover Rice)

ABOUT Cheese Garlic Rice (From Leftover Rice) RECIPE

Cheese Garlic Rice is one of my favourite recipe. When there is leftover rice in my kitchen I always use to make innovative fried rice recipes. So this one is my innovative recipe. In this recipe I have used vegetables like onions, tomatoes, cabbage, carrot and french beans. But you can make this recipe by using garlic and cheese only. It is very easy recipe and tasty as well.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl cooked leftover rice
  2. 12-15 finely chopped garlic
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  4. 1/2 cup deseeded finely chopped tomatoes
  5. 1/2 cup grated cabbage and carrots
  6. 2-3 rounded chopped french beans
  7. handful of coriander leaves
  8. 2 tbsp butter/oil
  9. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pan.
  2. Heat some oil or butter into it.
  3. After heating add chilli paste.
  4. After that add finally chopped garlic.
  5. Saute well.
  6. Now add finely chopped onions.
  7. Saute it well.
  8. Cook it until onion turns into pink color.
  9. Now add grated cabbage and carrots.
  10. Also add French beans.
  11. Mix it well.
  12. Cook it For half minute.
  13. Now add chopped tomatoes.
  14. Saute it.
  15. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  16. Add salt to taste.
  17. Mix it well.
  18. Now cover the pan and cook the ingredients for 2 minutes.
  19. After that add cooked rice.
  20. Mix all the vegetables and rice nicely.
  21. Now add mozzarella cheese and mix it well.
  22. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  23. When cheese melted property, turn off the heat.
  24. Take the rice into serving plate.
  25. Garnish the rice with coriander leaves.
  26. Serve hot.
  27. Cheese Garlic Rice is ready to be serve.
