Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 large bowl bread left over sides or slices
  2. 1 small bowl onions chopped
  3. 1 small bowl peppers chopped
  4. 1 small bowl carrots chopped
  5. 1 small bowl tomatoes chopped
  6. 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
  7. 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  8. 1tbsp vinegar
  9. 2 tbsp Hot and sweet sauce
  10. 2 tbsp corn flour
  11. 4-5 tbsp Plain flour
  12. 1/4 tsp Red orange food colour
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Dip all the breads in water... Take it out squeeze the excess water and tranfer it in a mixing bowl... If u r using rotis break it into small pieces dip it in the water so that it turns soft then mash it Roughly...
  2. Add all other ingredients except oil... And mix it well...
  3. Heat the oil in a kadai on a high heat... When the oil is hot take small portions of the mixture... Put it into the hot oil and Fry it on a high heat till it turns crispy...
  4. Tasty bread schezwan fritters are ready to serve..
