ABOUT Schezwan Fritters RECIPE

Crunchy noodles fritters make from leftover boiled noodles or even leftover hakka noodles.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled noodles
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1/2 cup cabbage
  4. 2 tbsp green of spring onion
  5. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli pwdr
  7. 1/4 tsp pepper pwdr
  8. 1/4 tsp tandoori color
  9. 2 tbsp maida
  10. 1 tbsp cornflour
  11. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl to boiled noodles, add chopped onions, finely chopped cabbage & chopped greens of spring onion.
  2. Add sauce, pepper, salt, tandoori color, maida & cornflour. Mix all well.
  3. Heat oil well. Add small balls of mixture & fry on medium heat. Serve hot with sauce.
