Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, dry chillies,
Add vegetables .
Now add ginger paste and tomatoes.
Add all the spices except garam masala.
Add moong daal.
Now add water, cover with a lid andlet it boil for sometimes.
Once it's done, add garam masala and ghee.serve it with hot steamed rice.
