ABOUT Rajma Beet Cutlets RECIPE

This is a healthy snack for tea time.This cutlet is filled with goodness of rajma and beetroot perfect snack for kids as well as elders.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rajma -1 cup
  2. Boiled Potato-1
  3. Beetroot grated -1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder -1 teaspoon
  6. Garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon
  7. Jeera powder-1/4 teaspoon
  8. Amchur powder -1/2 teaspoon
  9. Coriander leaves few
  10. Cooking oil- for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Soak raja in water for about 10 to 12 hours and pressure cook them for 6 or 7 whistles and drain.
  2. Now mash the rajma ,potato and add grated beetroot to it.Add all other ingredients except oil and mix well
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portion and shape them into cutlets
  4. Heat oil in kadai and shallow fry them till they turn golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
