Rajmas cutlets are protein rich and healthy snack for kids.. the cheesy inner layer melts in mouth..this recipe will definitely loved by kids.. You may aslo use this a patties for burgers and this tastes different level

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. boiled rajma-1 cup
  2. potato-2 medium
  3. onion-1
  4. chopped greenchillies-2tsp
  5. crushed ginger and garlic-2tbsp
  6. pepper powder-2tsp
  7. grated mozrella cheese-1/2cup
  8. salt
  9. coriander leaves
  10. whisked egg-1
  11. breadcrumps-1 cup
  12. oil

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add the boiled rajmas and potatoes
  2. mash it well with potato masher
  3. then add the chopped onions crushed ginged garlic greenchillies,salt and peoper powder
  4. mix well and add the grated cheese and coriander leaves
  5. now shape it into balls or as per your wish by greasing your hands with oil
  6. dip it in egg and coat it well with breadcrumps
  7. keep it in refridgertaor for about 10mins
  8. then deep fry it until golden brown
  9. so our yummy cheesy rajma cutlets are ready. can be served with tomato sauce
