ABOUT Rajma !!! RECIPE

A delicious protein packed curry that can be served with some roti or some rice.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Rajma kidney beans 1glass
  2. Onions 3
  3. Tomatoes 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  5. Cumin seeds
  6. Dhania powder
  7. Salt
  8. Red chilly powder
  9. Turmeric
  10. Corrainder leaves
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the rajma overnight in water, then boil the rajma in a pressure cooker until soft enough.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok, add ground onions saute them. Add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Now add the ground tomatoes. Add the powdered masalas, salt and give it a mix.
  4. Once the masala leaves oil, add the boiled rajma, mix it and add water for the gravy. simmer it for some times and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
