Healthy and tasty beetroot cutlet

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Small Onion,finely chopped
  2. 1 beetroot, finely chopped
  3. 1 small potato, finely chopped
  4. 1/2tsp chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1/4tsp pepper powder
  7. 1/2tsp coriander powder
  8. 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. Coriander leaves chopped finely
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add a tbsp of oil.
  2. Saute onion until transparent and add the chopped beetroot.
  3. Mix in the chopped potatoes and saute.
  4. Add salt and the powders along with ginger garlic paste and mix well until the raw smell goes.
  5. Close and cook until done.
  6. Once the veggies are cooked add coriander leaves and mix.
  7. Switch off the stove and let it cool down.
  8. Mash well and make balls out of it.
  9. Flatten between the palms.
  10. Shallow fry and serve with tomato sauce.
