  1. 1 cup suji
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1/2 cup purple cabbage juice
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  8. 6-7 cherry tomato cut in halves
  9. Parsley
  10. Chopped green chilli
  11. Flakes
  12. Pomegranate pearls for garnish
  13. Green chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. TAKE SUJI IN A BOWL AND ADD CURD
  2. AND SALT,PEPPER AND CHILLI POWDER
  3. MIX THEM
  4. MAKE JUICE OF PURPLE CABBAGE AND MIX IN SUJI MAKE A UTTAPAM BATTER
  5. NOW HEAT MINI UTTAPAM TAWA AND GREASE IT
  6. POUR BATTER AND ADD ONION
  7. IN CENTER ADD TOMATO
  8. AND PARSLEY
  9. SPRINKLE SALT
  10. ADD CHILLI FLAKES
  11. GENTLY PRESS AND ADD SOME OIL
  12. COOK FROM BOTH SIDES
  13. AND OUR LOVELY MINI PINK UTTAPAMS ARE READY TO SERVE
  14. GARNISH WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
  15. PARSLEY AND POMEGRANATE PEARLS
