Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach 200gm
  2. Black gram 1 cup
  3. Chopped green chillies 1tbsp
  4. 1/2 inch chopped ginger
  5. Fried chopped potatoes (optional)
  6. 3-4tbsp oil
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1tbsp of turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 SMALL BOWL OF BLACK GRAM (KAALA CHANA) AND SOAK IT IN WATER OVERNIGHT OR ATLEAST 5-6HRS
  2. TAKE FRESH SPINACH WASH 2-3 TIME AND CHOP IT
  3. PRESSURE COOK SOAKED BLACK GRAM UPTO 2-3 WHISTLE
  4. TAKE OUT THE BOILED BLACK GRAM
  5. CHOP 1/2 INCH OF GINGER AND 2-3 GREEN CHILLIES
  6. TAKE 1/2 TBSP OF TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  7. TAKE 3-4 TBSP OF OIL IN A KADHAI (PAN) AND PUT SOME CUMIN SEEDS, CHOPPED CHILLIES, GINGER
  8. AFTER 1-2 MIN ADD BOILED BLACK GRAM IN IT
  9. ADD PINCH OF SALT AND FRY FOR 5MIN
  10. ADD WASHED AND CHOPPED SPINACH (PAALAK)
  11. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT
  12. MIX IT WELL AND FRY TILL THE SPINACH GET MASHED AND WATER GET ABSORBED FULLY
  13. ADD FRIED DICED POTATOES AND ENJOY WITH FULKAS
