Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. 1 cup flax seeds
  3. 1 cup wheat flakes
  4. 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  5. 1 cup sliced almonds
  6. 1/2 cup honey
  7. Honey to drizzle ( optional)
  8. 1 tsp dessicated coconut

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS: 1 CUP SUGAR , 1 CUP PUMPKIN SEEDS , 1 CUP FLAX SEEDS , 1 CUP WHEAT FLAKES , 1 CUP SLICED ALMONDS , 1/2 CUP HONEY
  2. TRANSFER THE SUGAR IN A HOT PAN
  3. STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO CARAMELIZE THE SUGAR
  4. ONCE CARAMELIZED START ADDING THE OTHER INGREDIENTS
  5. MIX WELL ALL TOGETHER
  6. TRANSFER THE MIXTURE TO GREASED TRAY
  7. DRIZZLE SOME HONEY ON TOP (OPTIONAL) AND DESSICATED COCONUT ( OPTIONAL)
  8. WAIT 10 MINUTES AND CUT INTO PIECES
  9. TRANSFER THE HEALTHY BITES IN A SERVING PLATE
